Teams

Within each age category, medals will be given to the first three Country/Nationality teams in all categories. In all age categories, team results shall be decided by the aggregate of places recorded by the first three runners. There can be only one team per country.

There is no requirement to declare team members in advance – runners are automatically entered based on their nationality.
